Events: Bowl Your Brains Out!

Congratulations to the following lucky people who bowled their brains out this summer and won at our drawing on September 9, 2008! Thank you to everyone who participated!

The Winners

Zodo’s BYBO Official Rules

• No purchase necessary to win. Eligibility is limited to anyone 16 years of age and older as of August 31, 2008. You can fill out one (1) free entry each day until September 7, 2008. Void where prohibited or restricted.
• Additional entries may be obtained for each paid game or hour of bowling between Monday June 16, 2008 and Sunday September 7, 2008. Each paid game shall receive 1 entry and each paid hour shall receive 5 entries. Any paid portion of an hour greater than 1/2 hour will receive 3 entries. Any paid portion less than 1/2 hour shall receive no entries. You may obtain unlimited entries for all paid bowling. Entries per person are not limited except to 1 free entry per person, per day. Free games, free coupons, free hours or any other free bowling is not eligible for additional entries.
• Entries will be placed in a secure location until the drawing date. Zodo’s will draw one winner for each of the prizes at random on September 9, 2008 at 7pm. The grand prize winner will be selected as the first ticket drawn. Winners need not be present to win. Only 1 prize per person. Winners will be notified and will have 30 days from date of drawing to claim their prize. All winners will be posted at Zodo’s. Winners of all prizes are responsible for all costs associated to remove them from Zodo’s. Winners are responsible for any and all taxes, DMV fees or any other taxes/fees associated with the winning of any prize. Winners accept full responsibility for any liability(ies) for any damage, accidents, and/or complications due to the use of any prizes won at Zodo’s.
• The winner of the Vespa will need to provide their name, address and social security number. If a minor (under 18 years of age) wins the Vespa, then a release signed by their parent(s) or guardian(s) must be completed prior to distribution of the Vespa. GPSC GOLETA, LLC will file a form 1099 at year end with the IRS. The winner will be responsible for any and all taxes due. The winner will also have to register the Vespa with the DMV and pay sales taxes.
• Only customers with a valid social security number are eligible to win.
• Co-workers, past co-workers & relatives of co-workers of Zodo’s, Z’s Tap House & Grill, GPSC Goleta, LLC and Orchid bowl, Inc will not be eligible.
• Any & all information obtained by Zodo’s will be confidential and not provided to any third party (ies). From time to time Zodo’s will use provided information for their own marketing. If you would like to opt out of our solicitations/mailings, you may do so at any time.
